Reading Patient Voice Group will meet at 6pm on Wednesday 21st October online via MS TEAMS and in person in Committe Room 4a of the Reading Civic Offices on Bridge Street. We will hear a talk by Beverley Nicholson of Reading Adult Social Care about their pilot study on neighbourhood health for the frail elderly.
